Step One: COSHH risk assessment Your COSHH risk assessment will highlight and identify any areas of the Control Of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations 2002 that you need to address or consider in your workplace.

Step Two: Site visit We’ll arrange a visit your site to review the setup of your workplace, your processes, substances, risks, hazards etc. We do this to fully understand your requirements before offering any suggestions to control and remove fumes, dust or gases that may be generated as part of your business operations.

Step Three: System design Using the information collected from our site visit and discussions with yourself we will design a vehicle, dust or oil mist extraction system (mobile or fixed) that is perfect for your business and complies with HSE regulations.

Step Four: Installation Once the design for the extraction system is approved, we arrange for our experienced and highly trained engineers to install your new system.

Step: Maintenance and documentation Once the extraction system is installed, we’ll provide you with all the relevant documentation you require. We also offer a comprehensive maintenance package which gives our customers the peace of mind to know that the extraction system they have invested in remains in working order and complies with HSE regulations.
